Moving averages are one of the most popular and widely used trading techniques, literally loved by traders all over the world.

Trading with the indicator
With six moving averages, trading is a breeze. There are several ways in which the indicator can be used. A widely used method is to cross the 5 faster averages with the slow one, or traders can also use only some selected averages or even combine this indicator with another one.
The chart below shows a situation where all the faster averages crossed above the slowest one (blue), which is considered a very strong buy signal in the case of this indicator, and this was indeed confirmed later in the future price growth.
