Trading with the indicator
The use of this indicator is quite identical to when we trade the so-called crossing of two moving averages. This means that if the blue line below breaks from the bottom up through the red one, then it is a long signal, otherwise it is a short signal.
The main advantage over basic moving averages is that these lines can adapt quickly to changing situations over time, and therefore can often produce much better results.
